Peter and Sonya – Kingswood Church
Sonya and Peter both grew up in Tunbridge Wells and went to St James Church. Their first home, when they got married, was in the Medway towns before moving to Kingswood over 40 year ago when Kingswood Church was in its infancy. It has been their joy to serve the Lord in the Church and the local Community ever since. Sonya is a Counsellor with Crossline Christian Counselling Service in Maidstone. She also started and leads the Crusader group at Kingswood School and a lady’s home group. Peter had a career in the City of London as an Accountant and, although based in London, travelled overseas, with postings to New York and South Korea. Since retiring he has taken on several finance roles as a Trustee and is training for Reader Ministry. He enjoys playing the guitar, cooking a BBQ and running but only short distances!
Tracey Brunton
Tracey is the Leader of Kingswood Church “Climbers” (Sunday School) and Cans (Kingswood Church Youth Group).
Tracey lives in the village of Kingswood with her husband Ryan and two children Harley and Selsey who are always willing to help with both Climbers and Cans, often doing test runs for activities to make sure they are suitable for use on the day. Tracey loves spending time with her family and friends, venturing out on day trips and chilling out in the garden. Tracey loves music especially singing and enjoys Karaoke sessions with Selsey at her home.
Tracey is a qualified Nursery Nurse Teacher and worked in school for many years before taking time out to raise her children, she uses her teaching skills at Climbers studying stories from the Bible and running craft activities with the children.
